RETURNING PURCHASES
We truly appreciate your business and hope you are satisfied with your BORN BY GIVIN LOVE purchases. We will gladly accept items for exchanges only providing item(s):
o Are in new condition
o Haven’t been washed, worn, or altered
o Are accompanied by the original invoice
RETURN COSTS
The cost to return an item that was not damaged during shipping will be incurred by you; however, BORN BY GIVIN LOVE will ship the replacement back to you at our expense.
RETURNING DAMAGED ARTIFACTS
In order for our staff to provide a return label for damaged items, you must provide pictures of the following:
o Damaged Item(s)
o Damaged Packaging
o Original Shipping Label
